Hasta ahora, el cuchillo sigue estando a la altura de sus promesas en todos los aspectos. Estoy feliz de ser sorprendido por lo afilado y lo bien que mantiene su borde después de afilarlo 2 o 3 veces.

Bis jetzt eigentlich alles, noch entspricht das Messer in allen Punkten ihren Versprechungen. Ich lasse mich gerne überraschen wie es mit Schärfe und Schnitthaltigkeit nach 2, 3x schleifen aussieht.

La producción del cuchillo está a otro nivel. Me encanta. De hecho, me he deshecho de mis cuchillos de cocina habituales y sólo utilizo el que pedí. El servicio también fue excelente y eficiente.

The production of the knife is next level. I love it. I actually got rid of my usual kitchen knives and just use the one I ordered. Service was excellent and efficient also.
